We've forgotten what it feels like to do one thing at a time. This is a way back.

Focus is a quiet workspace for deep work. You set one intention for the day. You run calm focus blocks. You close the evening with a short reflection, and nothing follows you out the door.

No feeds, public streaks, or surveillance metrics. Private progress is there when you ask for it, and your focus data stays on your device. The app is built to be opened, used, and set down again.

For iPhone and Android.

How this came to be

Most productivity tools are built on accumulation. More tasks, fuller dashboards, another number going up. There is always something to optimize, something to log, some better version of your day you are supposed to be performing.

I kept wanting the opposite. A place where the day has a beginning and an end. Where you decide what matters once, do the work, and then stop, without the app turning your attention into a chart for someone to study later.

A pen sketch of human evolution, from ape to a person walking absorbed in their phone.

I think software can be calmer and more honest than we have come to expect. It does not have to profile you, hook you, or compete for the hours you meant to spend living. Your focus data can simply be yours, on your device, exportable whenever you ask.

Focus is being made slowly, the way the work it is meant to protect should be done. This is my attempt to build a tool that respects your attention instead of harvesting it.
